DAIKAN is an OEM production and sewing factory with an integrated production system, offering assistance in the creation and sewing of original and private brands.

To accommodate various materials and designs, we are a sewing factory that conducts integrated production from planning and design. If any issues or inconveniences arise during the planning or sampling stages, we will contact you with proposals and suggestions. We produce your brand products with a comprehensive system in place to ensure that no troubles occur during the sewing phase.

Production Process Details

Planning Support, Pattern Making (Pattern Creation & Drafting), Prototype & Sample Creation, Pattern & Template Modifications, Grading, Marking, Material Proposals, and Arrangements.
An Integrated Production System Covering Secondary Processes such as Embroidery, Printing, Dyeing, Washing, Up to Sewing Inspections and Finishing.
We are continuously involved in the main sewing and sample creation for apparel manufacturers. Therefore, our experienced staff are well-equipped to handle the requests of designers and apparel manufacturers.
We also offer proposals and arrangements for fabrics and accessories (including buttons, patches, woven labels, tags, quality labels, etc.), embroidery (name embroidery, chain stitch embroidery, patches, etc.), printing (original T-shirt printing, transfer printing, digital printing, screen printing, etc.), dyeing and product washing processes, and other secondary processing services.
As long as customers provide design drawings (with necessary dimensions for each part) and illustration data, our integrated production sewing factory can promptly handle fabric and accessory proposals and arrangements, as well as delegate tasks to our secondary processing partners for embroidery and printing.
